We are thrilled to have just received confirmation during this evening’s announcement from Downing Street, that we are as planned able to reopen on 12th April. As we have mentioned before we will be officially reopening on 19th April due to the Easter holidays and child care responsibilities.

PRE EXISTING APPOINTMENTS

Those of you who had a pre existing appointment cancelled due to lockdown, will be contacted as promised this week with your new appointment dates. Unfortunately due to the nature of our tight schedule we are unable to offer any flexibility or shuffle any appointments at this stage. We are only able to rebook you in for the service you had been previously booked in for. We can extend our availability and service offer on your follow on appointment, and apologise for any inconvenience. Every effort has been made to consider your individual needs, and we hope we are able to serve you as best as possible.

OUR WAITING LIST

Following on, our next step will be to schedule appointments for those of you who have been waiting patiently on our list. We will do our best to offer you an appointment as soon as we are physically able, but as I’m sure you will appreciate, regretfully there will be a wait.

PATCH TESTING

Our previous blog, outlined all the information you need in relation to patch testing. We will arrange a convenient time with you to pop in for your patch test when we get in touch with you regarding appointment.

HEALTH DECLARATION
