If you wish to return your goods you are entitled to do so within fourteen working days from the day after you receive your goods.
We will only accept returns if the item is unopened, and unused, unless the product is defective or damaged. Goods that are sealed or shrink-wrapped and these are opened or the seals removed can only be returned if they are defective.
Please observe the following procedure for all returns to us:
Please email with you Order Number, item description and the reason for your return. As long as the item is suitable for resale unless returning as its defective we will process your refund or replacement. If you are returning your product because it is defective, please state the defect or defects.
Upon return please repackage the product in its original packaging, including any accessories, brochures, free gifts, or samples that came with the product (We will not be unable to issue a refund if the item is returned incomplete). If the original packaging is not available please ensure goods are returned in appropriate protective packaging. Items returned damaged in transit will not be refunded.

You are responsible for paying any postage when returning the product. We will refund the cost of standard or recorded postage incurred returning a product, if you received the wrong order by us, or if the product has been returned due to a defect.
We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen upon their return to us. It is highly recommended you use registered post to return your item, so you have a record and can claim compensation.
Once we have received the returned item and are satisfied with the condition, we will refund the purchase price within thirty days of receipt, this will not include delivery charges from your original order or costs incurred returning the item unless the product you are returning is defective.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 allows you to cancel the order with 14 days of you receiving your item.
No right of cancellation, refund or return exists once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason. Goods that are sealed or shrink-wrapped, are opened or the seals removed can only be returned if they are defective. No right of cancellation exists where there may be hygiene issues, unless defective.
