The Cutting Shed Update

Good morning everyone!

We hope you are all keeping safe and well and enjoying the beautiful sunshine we have been blessed with these last few days.

Here is an update on how we plan our reopening along with one or two new guidelines we have been advised to implement by our association.

We were thrilled to have been given a provisional reopening date, which will be confirmedon 5th April. Due to the Easter break and childcare responsibilities, we plan to reopen all being wellon 18th April.

We will continue to maintain all our COVID secure procedures currently in place until further notice.

We are so pleased to have not been contacted once by track and trace, or any client during July to Dec to report any cases of Covid-19. We thank you all for your combined efforts to keep yourselves, us and each other safe and well.

As before we will reschedule all all pre existing appointments first, followed by those of you who have kindly contacted us to request a place on our waiting list. All pre existing appointments will be rescheduled on the same day and time as previously booked with the adjustment only to the date and month. Due to the circumstances there will be limited if any flexibility. Upon receipt of your rescheduled appointment date we thank you in advance for letting us know immediately if you are unable to attend, and for your ongoing patience and understanding as always whilst we work through our lists 💚

Due to the nature of the situation and the huge impact the closures have had on small independent businesses, we are forced to introduce a small deposit to hold your appointment. This will be deducted from your final bill. If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason other than COVID related, I'm sorry to say your deposit will be non returnable or transferable.
